Welcome to Hickory Hills Property Owner's Association

Hickory Hills is a peaceful and scenic community nestled in the Pocono Mountains of Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, with a close-knit population of over 500 residents. Situated off Route 940 in White Haven, the community enjoys easy access to major highways leading to numerous metropolitan areas. The area is celebrated for its wealth of recreational activities, including ski resorts, water sports, biking and hiking trails, and nearby shopping. Residents can also enjoy local historic landmarks and fine dining options. Our Association offers a range of amenities, including a heated in-ground pool, a lakeside pavilion, a clubhouse, and waste management services—all set within a beautiful, wooded landscape abundant with deer and local wildlife.
