WELCOME TO HICKORY HILLS PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION

Hickory Hills is a small rural community in the beautiful, Pocono Mountains region of Pennsylvania with over 500 residents. We are located off Route 940 in White Haven, which is within minutes to several major thoroughfares that provide access to numerous major metropolitan areas. This region is noted for its plentiful ski resorts, water sports, biking and hiking trails, and shopping. There are also local areas of historic interest and fine dining. The Association offers its residents a heated in ground pool, lake area with a pavilion, clubhouse, garbage and recycling disposal all nestled in a beautiful wooded setting abounding with deer and wildlife of all kinds.
